We will cover various aspects of film editing, both in technical and conceptual terms. Work on your own Mac and use supplied clips to edit little sequences. Familiarise yourself with the language of editing, its conventions and common techniques. Learn the basics of Final Cut Pro, a professional editing package and its techniques.
